The morning was brisk, though it would later turn into a 30+ C day in the Kispiox Valley. I let the dew on my tent dry in the morning sunlight as I fished from the broken pieces of what was left over of a wharf. I had a mosquito imitation at the end of my dry line as my first fish of the day (a cutthroat trout) struck, my second fish ever on the fly!
I let it go as I wanted to keep practicing and it was still young. I caught two more fish with the same fly, keeping the third fish who made quite a delicious meal!
