Gold Creek, BC - Julia Larsen

Anytime I go into a forest, it is my way of recharging my mind. I am able to leave behind the busyness and demanding nature of my everyday life and tune into the silence provided by untouched landscapes. This waterbody is important to me because it gives me the ability to focus in on one thing. Sitting beside the falls the only thing you can hear is the roar of the water, falling meters beneath your feet. You can only sense the vibrations of the currents through the rock and you can’t help but be mesmerized by the water. Without places like these I would be lost.
