My Watermark is Burrard Inlet at Ambleside Park in Vancouver.

Ambleside is where I physically connect to the ocean perhaps 150 times a year. I am out there in all kinds of weather fishing from my Kayak for Capilano Hatchery salmon and Dungeness crab. When we have enough food to eat I still go out there on my prone paddleboard where I delight from even just touching the ocean and feeling the salt spray on my face, all the while staying healthy and fit. And on calm summer days, I take my snorkel and head out into the sea just to look at the life out there, and to contemplate my own place in it all.

It does not seem to matter how many times I see the same things - I am mesmerized every time.
