When I was young at the beach, I remember sitting by the water, watching the waves, listening to the wind, and feeling the soft sand with my feet. I remember letting my hair down as the wind blew through it, and the sun shone bright, making a wonderful sunset, which turned the sky orange, so pretty. I remember people stopping to look and take pictures. I will never forget how the water was shiny, clear, and beautiful, and I could see the bottom.

When I was young at the beach, my family and I walked along the shore where the rocks were all so unique, colourful, and smooth. People were trying to make the longest world record line of rocks by putting them beside each other, one with a minion painted on it and another with a poppy. Along with the rocks, I remember the two flags, one for Canada and one for the United States across the border, waving gently, proudly, and softly in the wind. I would always gaze at the bridge which made me wonder if it was Canada, in the distance, the United States, or both.

When I was young at the beach, we went to the nearby park, where I played with my friends on the swings. My family and I ate lunch, drank tea, and took pictures to remember the day. There was a small pool filled with fish swimming in it, and we fed them fish food. I could see houses on the other side of the water which made me wonder who lived there, what they were doing and if they ever came to this beach.

I will always remember when I walked to the shore with my brother. He would chase geese away and giggle. I remember splashing water on my brother and accidentally falling in the water. I will always remember how my brother and our friend immediately started laughing at me, so I tackled my brother in the water and hugged my friend so we all became wet. I will never forget all the fun I had there…
