In the outskirts of London, more and more small water bodies linked to the Thames River are disappearing as development continues.

There was once a Beaver population in my neighbourhood a long Beaver Brock Street, which has been lost to apartment building construction that has drained small ponds where I use to see Beavers and Otters.
