I’m from Halifax, NS and I’ve worked with McKeil now for about 6 months. I’m a cook onboard.

When I was younger I lived in Cornerbrook, NL. My grandmother lived in Antigonish, NS so every summer I traveled there by ferry. So my earliest memory I’d be going there for about a month or two during my school break. The ferry just completely fascinated me. Throughout the whole year I’d be building Lego ferries so it was quite exciting.

[Water] is around us everywhere and as a cook, that’s basically what I use during the whole day, I work aboard the water now, its been involved in every aspect of my life.
