The Waterkeeper Gala Vancouver celebrated its inaugural year in 2015. This event is a collaboration between Lake Ontario Waterkeeper and Fraser Riverkeeper. Proceeds from the gala support Swim Guide and Watermark initiatives on the west coast. The 2015 event was hosted by Jon Curleigh and Denise Donion and featured Wade Davis, the renowned National Geographic explorer-in-residence, anthropologist, and writer.
