Osoyoos Lake is an international lake with 1/3 in the US an the other 2/3 in the Okanagan, British Columbia Canada. Osoyoos Lake is the gateway for sockeye salmon migrating up the Columbia River. Over 80% of the sockeye that migrate up the Columbia River, one of the largest rivers on the Pacific north-west, spawn in the Okanagan - largely as a result of the hard work and vision of the Okanagan Nation Alliance. Osoyoos Lake is on of Canada's most beautiful lakes.
