My name is Darby Lowe and I’m from Edmonton, Alberta. Salmon Arm in BC is the water body that’s influenced me. So I was born just near Salmon Arm, the town that’s right on the lake there. Ever since then, I’ve gone back every summer with my family.

We are a very busy family so we are all over the map in the winter, in the spring, and in the fall. But summer is the one time that we all come together and it’s based all on that lake. It’s a really beautiful time and I can’t imagine my life without that body of water.
