Bayfield Pier Beach - Oliver L

When I was young, at the beach, I would sit on a beautiful old log. On that log, I would read books, and tan with the sun shining down on me. I would feel the warmth of the sun and the breeze on my skin. That log was always fantastic and fun for me and my
cousins. Whenever I was on that log, it would bring me back to lots of great memories. `

When I was young at the beach, I had the most delicious ice cream. On those hot summer days, I would watch the sunset over the lake while I ate ice cream. It would be dripping down my hand, but I didn’t care. When we walked around town, we could hear
music playing, people talking and having a good time. By the beach, Icould hear the waves crashing against the shore and the boats going by.

When I was young at the beach, I always felt happy because I was with my family and we always had an adventure. I was a curious kid. One time I found a big, soft and fluffy dog who was lost, and I helped them find their owner. I would always be up for tandem
biking with my cousins and jumping off the pier into the water. I was always fascinated of how beautiful the sunset was, it was so tranquil, and it soothed me.

At the beach I would always seek out a place that I remembered in the lake because it was clean, cold, and fresh. I remember the windy days when the waves would be so high and crashing on the sand. I would use the water as what I would refer to as a hand and feet cleaner, to clean the sand off my hands. I would be ready for our picnic lunch and then, have clean feet before going home to the cottage each night. I miss the beach, and I can’t wait to go back to do all these fun things again.
