When I was young at the Thames River

When I was young at the river, I ran around and around the crystal clear blue river. While running, I remember my mom would always call me to take pictures of me with the beautiful red-pink roses. I still remember that as my mom would take pictures, I would look at the ducks and ducklings swimming throughout the river. And while seeing them swim, I'd always listen to music and relax with the duckies.

When I was young at the river, I remember hearing the same ducks and ducklings quack, squeak, coo on the river. I would crouch down near the river with the enjoyable hearing the ducks and ducklings making me feel calm. The sounds of the ducks gave me peace with nature. But while trying to enjoy this peace, it would always get ruined by the calls of my mother to keep going forward around the Thames River to see more of what the Thames River had to offer.

When I was at the river, I could feel the fresh, cool breeze of wind blow past me, and it would always give me a calm sensation of what nature has to offer, as it refreshingly travelled through my body and through my straight, thick, healthy, black hair. While throughout my trip at the river seeing the water ripple through the river and seeing leaves fall from the tall, green, leafy trees all over the place, during a nice chilly early part of the day I’d always run around and let loose and keep running and running, but in a pretty small area, since my parents of course would not want to lose me. Either way, I let myself be free to enjoy the ethereal, verdant, and pristine nature.

At the river, I remember when I’d complain about not wanting to go to the Thames River, but later on my trip there I remember enjoying my time there even when I didn’t want to go in the first place. But now, as I walk around the Thames River, I still remember every memory I hold dearly with my family there. We would take a lot of photos, exercise, listen to ducks quacking, and run around the river seeing the beautiful sights of it and playing with my brother. Every single memory at the Thames River is part of my childhood memories that I will never forget.
