My Watermark is the St. Lawrence River, Quebec.

I’m from Montreal and I’m currently a PhD student at the University of Toronto. I grew up on the river shoreline watching boats pass, studying and looking at all the diversity we have there.

So growing up with a family who loves to travel, I travelled to many fun places visiting different beaches, hanging out by the oceans or lake shores. I always thought that was really fun, but around 13/14 years old I realized these beautiful aquatic ecosystems are also in my backyard, the St. Lawrence River. That’s what got me interested about what’s happening in my neighbourhood and where I live.
