My first memory of recreation in the Atlantic ocean was when my uncle took me body boarding when I was 8 or 9 years old on the north coast of Ireland. I still remember that feeling of that first wave I caught - the raw energy of the wave and the rush of the ride made me fall in love in the ocean.

I now couldn't imagine a life where I couldn't be near the ocean and able to paddle my SUP.
