A friend of mine lived in Laguna Beach so we stayed there with him [while on tour]. He’s a surfer — surf/film guy, so we went to the water and I don’t know how to swim, really, but I just kind of like going in the waves and learning how waves work and feeling that, and watching people surf, and gaining a whole new appreciate for that and for the water. And, yeah, that was one of my favourite days of my whole life.
