My Watermark is Lake Ontario, ON.

My parents had never taken me on a picnic, because they were hard working. We lived three miles away from Lake Ontario, so one day they decided to take me. They drove, and got onto this bumpy dirt road, and then soon after we were on a wonderful beach, with a wonderful lake in front of us.

Before that, I had never seen the lake, or knew what it looked like. I didn’t know we lived so close to Lake Ontario. I was just overwhelmed. It was wonderful. I thought it was amazing with all the sand, stones, and blue-water to splash in.
