My Watermark is Lake Ontario in upstate New York.

I am a sailboat racer and a member of a yacht club. The south part of Lake Ontario is cleaner than the north. For 40 years I've been swimming and the north side is cleaner now. I navigate the Niagara River and Soda's Bay and am concerned with NWPA changes.
