My Watermark is Atlantic Ocean, Nova Scotia.

I grew up in Toronto. In the summer of 2014, I went on a field study course in the Bay of Fundy, close to Brier Island off the coast of Nova Scotia. We went out to into the water on a boat. After about an hour, we came across a pod of humpbacks. We stopped the boat and they were swimming right underneath us and coming up right beside us. I am a marine biologist and this is the first time I saw a whale. Seeing a pod of humpbacks was an extremely remarkable moment that is stuck in my memory forever.
